How do I signup on Everi?
It is easy and free to register on Everi. Once you register you can login with your account onto any site on the Everi network.
To register, visit the sign in page, click register and enter a username, email address and choose a password. You will receive a verification email, once confirmed, that's it, you are in.
Free accounts can:
- Shortlist events - Collect events you like, get reminders, plan using our calendar.
- Create event alerts - Turn any event search into a weekly/daily email full of events you might like.
Premium Features
Everi has features for event organisers, venues and event industry suppliers to help you promote events, sell more tickets, and discover new business opportunities.
- Add unlimited events - Distribution of your events across the Everi network.
- Create a listing - A profile for your band, business, or venue for business & collaboration opportunities.
- Publish news and offers - get the word out on your upcoming gig, event, or opportunity.
Everi has options for event marketers, smaller venues like bars, theatres, as well as large annual events, or larger venues with a significant event catalogue. Learn more about Everi Solutions here.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at this link .
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. For your own security, we cannot reset your password over the phone or by email.
If you know your current password and would like to change it, then you can do that via your Account Settings page.

How do I change my account details?
You can change your account details, manage your shortlisted events, update event alerts, change your password and delete your account on the Account Settings page.
If you have a premium account, your plan must be cancelled before you remove your account.

How do I upgrade, change or cancel my plan on Everi?
Once you sign up for a plan on Everi you will immediately have access to new features.
Upgrading or Cancelling your plan
Take control of your subscription today and enjoy the full potential of Everi by upgrading your plan from the Subscription page. Click "Manage My Plan" and choose the desired option, and then continue through the checkout process.
Please note the following when cancelling your plan:
- You will continue to have access to all your plan features until the end of your current monthly subscription period. This means that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your plan until it expires.
- Non-Renewal: Once your current monthly subscription expires, your plan will not be automatically renewed. This ensures that you will not be charged for any future subscription periods.
- Events: Your events will remain on the site until they expire, but they will no longer be editable by you.
- Listings: Listings that you have added will be unpublished.
- Articles: Published articles will remain, but will not be editable. Their publish status will remain at the descretion of the site owners.
No Partial Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle, and you will have access to your account features until that time.

How do I add events?
Events can be added by users with an active premium account.
Event organisers, venues and suppliers can choose a plan to promote their events and services on the Everi network. Visit the plans page for more information.
Once active visit the post an event page to list your event on Everi. Your event will be live once approved by an Admin
Your event will be sent to all relevant sites on the Everi Network for approval.
You can post as many events as you like.
Your events will be live as long as you have an active membership.
Adding an event
Once your account is active, fill out the post an event form.
You will be guided through the posting process. As Everi is a highly visual platform, you will be asked to add at least one image for your event.

- Event title
- Event organiser
- Event category
- Event type (if an offer or promotion choose "offer)
- Event location - Address, or online
- Event dates - single or recurring - option to include ticket links for specific dates/sessions
- Event Description
- Contact number
- Contact email address
- Event website URL (include full URL)
- Ticket booking URL
- Social links
- Cover image - less than 2mb in size, and crop as you like
Click review to check your event. Correct any errors before submitting for approval.
You can find your events listed at My events.
When you submit your event for approval, a member of the Everi team will review your event and publish if acceptable.

How do I add my business to the Directory?
Businesses can be added by users who have an active premium account. Event Creators and Suppliers can each have one listing. Event Creator PRO and Supplier PRO accounts can have up to 10 listings. Visit the plans page for more information.
Once active visit the submit a listing page. Once approved your listing will be live.
Your listing will be live as long as your membership is active.
Adding a listing
- Business type - Choose the most appropriate - this cannot be changed later
- Business name
- Primary business address
- Display business address on listing
- Choose your region where your business is active
- Select a primary category that matches your business - appears in search
- Select up to three secondary categories that match your business
- Include relevant services
- Business description - enter a few paragraphs describing your business and services in detail
- Business contact phone number
- Business email address
- Business website
- Online shop URL
- Optional social and shopping links
- Cover image - appears in search
- Gallery images - suggested that four good quality images are included.
- Video URL - embed multiple YouTube or Vimeo videos
- File uploads - attach brochures, forms, menus, etc for users to download
Click review to check your listing. You must correct any errors before submitting for approval.
Once your listing is approved it will be live on the directory.
You can manage your listings from My listings.

How do I publish Articles on Everi?
Articles can be published by users with an active Event Creator PRO or Supplier PRO account.
Once your account is active visit the Articles Admin page from the user menu and click the Submit article button to open the form.
Publishing an article
- Article Title*
- Publish Date - Choose a future date to schedule publishing. Default will be the date the article was submitted
- Category* - Choose the article type that most matches your Article, News, Promo, Story, etc.
- Article Author - Include your username with the article (will link to all published articles by you.
- Article Description - Appears in Search Engines, and as a summmary of the article.
- Tags - Type in some tags that fit your article. When published, tags link to all articles with that tag.
- Article Content - Write your article here. If pasting from another site, or from another application it is advised that you clear any formatting by choosing from tne menu FORMAT > CLEAR FORMATTING. You may upload images and align them left, right, center, or full. Avoid large file sizes. Videos may also be embedded.
- Cover Image - upload an image that will appear in the list view, and at the top of your article. You may choose from the default images.
- File Uploads - Upload files, brochures, or other documents to your article. You may set a custom name or description for your file.
- Once you are happy with your article select SUBMIT and it will then go to our team for approval.
Your article will be published once approved by an Admin. If you experience a long delay in publishing, please send us a message.
Note: Everi may edit or reformat the article to adhere to the general site design standards. This is only intended to improve the performance and display of your article. Everi also reserves the right to reject potentially malicious or innappropriate content from the news feed. Users attempting to publish innapropriate content will be first warned, and then may lose access to their account.
