Jen brings her own flavour to each class, expect a little flow, strength & stillness in every practice.

We have created the perfect, complete practice. Starting with warming asana, to open the body & easily challenge the body, following with 15 mins of Yin and ending with a few minutes of Restorative Yoga for a holistic, well-rounded practice that will leave your mind and body balanced and centred. 

Classes are great for everyone, with modifications and adjustment offered to enable the practice accessible for all.

Payment is pay what you can - from $10 to $20... respecting that everyone's capacity is different, love to see you at class!
