Mum's N Bub's Fitness

Join us for a fitness session designed to make you sweat and enjoy smiling along with your little one!

Come along with your littlies and join in on our Mums N Bubs Fitness class.

Mums N Bubs Fitness is a session for parents and their babies (infant to crawling).

Babies can be in carriers or lying on mats or can be carried during the session and interaction is encougaged in this supportive fitness environment.

When: Friday 1st November

Time: 12.30pm - 1.15pm

Where: John McVeity Centre, 182 Peachey Rd, Smithfield Plains

Ages: Parents with babies aged aged 6 months - 18 months

Cost: $5

Loyalty cards are avaliable: get every 6th session FREE!!!!

Things to Remember:

  • 1 ticket per participating parent and baby is required
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and comfortable shoes that allow support.
  • Bring a drink bottle, workout towel and yoga mat if you choose.
  • If you or your child/ren are unwell, please stay home
