Guided meditation at memorial to relax, wind down and de-stress during the busy season. Free to all.
Group mindfulness meditation session co- faciliated by meditation/energy/spiritual teachers Aaden and Sarah.
Come to relax at the stunning location that is Memorial park, Gympie. Experience the sunset and the last full moon of the year together at the park and enjoy a guided meditation.
This all inclusive event will help us embrace the gifts and lessons of 2024 and find a peaceful way forward into 2025.
This all inclusive event is FREE. Bring a yoga mat and pillow if you have them. If not let us know. We will provide one for you. We look forward to seeing you there in person!
