Join us for the book launch of Global Perspectives on Children’s Health Literacy, a five-year collaboration of over 56 authors. The three local Tasmanian editors of the book will be joining us to debate the topic: whose responsibility is health literacy?

Debating from the HEALTH perspective is Dr Rosie Nash. Rosie is a Pharmacist, Senior Lecturer in Public Health and CEO of HealthLit4Everyone.

DR VAUGHAN CRUICKSHANK

Debating from the EDUCATION perspective is Dr Vaughan Cruickshank. Vaughan is a teacher, Senior Lecturer in Health & Physical Education, and Board Member of the Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation.

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR SHANDELL ELMER

Debating from the COMMUNITY perspective is Associate Professor Shandell Elmer. Shandell is a nurse, Associate Professor in Nursing, and Director of HealthLit4Everyone.
