About

The Royal Hobart Hospital invites General Practitioners to meet with us to strengthen local networks to achieve the best outcomes for patients with Heart Failure.

Our workshop aims to foster collaborative patient care between cardiologists and general practitioners as well as provide education to improve confidence in initiating appropriate assessments and guideline recommended therapies for patients with Heart Failure.

Attendees will take away practical insights to assist in management of patients with Heart Failure and an increased understanding of the Heart Failure service at the Royal Hobart Hospital. We hope that this, in turn, strengthens our delivery of collaborative patient care.
