About

In this program we offer a foundation program to keep our newest players moving and getting ball touches outside of the Saturday season.

We will focus on individual and team skills developing or Passing, Footwork, breaking free and court awareness.

Program is for players who are 5-6-7yrs in 2024.

This program will include the following;

✭ 7 x 1h 15min training sessions

✭ Expert community coaches

✭ Strong Development training program

✭ Oct - Dec program

✭ Training shirt

✭ 7 week home program to help build passing and footwork skills

✭ Training journal

✭ 1 x parent education session so you can learn to the correct technique of passing, footwork and shooting.
