Explore a different culinary menu from 3 different corners of the globe, across 3 events over 3 consecutive months, September to December.

Experience exceptional ethnic infusions through a trio of tastefully & totally different 6 course menus. Inspired by the recent travels of Jennifer Jones, (head honcho & culinary artist) at Zing Fresh Catering; these global journeys are delivered as degustation dinners designed to showcase creative cultural cuisine at its best.

Delve into dishes of your dreams at Zing’s communal dining table. Share your own travel stories from both near & far whilst you dine with the best of friends, both new & old. Come to one, two or three of these feasts. If feasting for two of three evenings, use Feast Fever 2 code to enjoy 10% off ticket pricing. If feasting on all three evenings, use Feast Fever 3 code to enjoy 20% off ticket pricing.

~ FRIDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER, 6.30PM - JAPANOZ FUSION - Dine & intertwine the delights of Japanese & native Australian flavours

From our own Northern Beaches backyard, taste shrubs & plants known & enjoyed by indigenous people over the ages, flavourfully infused with Japanese highlights to land you in a taste experience of tradition, time and talent. Sample paired, artisanal local beverages also masterfully infused with native flavours. 

~ FRIDAY 18TH OCTOBER, 6.30PM - MEXICAL FUSION - Tastes from Tijuana to Tinseltown with your amigos

Merging flavours from Southern California to Mexico, you will taste an Oscar winning creative performance. Popular Americana served with a fiery twist will be plated to your long table of friends from both sides of the Manly/Brookvale/peninsula border. We encourage larger group bookings to make this a more fan fared & festive event but single/couple & small bookings are also welcome. If you bring in the crowd, we'll throw in the live Mariachi performance. 

~SUNDAY 1ST DECEMBER, 12.30PM - PACIFIC FUSION - Pick up your chopsticks & paddles

You’re bound for a tsunami scale tasty trip celebrating the Pacific Ocean’s union of Japan and Hawaii. This island inspired menu will feature mostly oceanic offerings with flavours that will make you want to sail off into the sunset. Tune into the lull of the ukelele and enjoy a laid back Sunday afternoon amongst your friends, our palm trees & pink flamingos.

All dietaries can be accommodated with a minimum of 3 days advance notice.

Each of these events are suitable for +18 years old. All events are deliciously BYO.
