Caboolture - SPECIALIST PROGRAM
About
Our SPECIALIST PROGRAMS deliver high quality content each and every session. We aim to make sure players learn skills they can adapt to their game the next time they play.
Our focus with the program is to build off the week before and really allow time for the player to learn the skills being delivered.
We have a strict player intake number and we keep the ticket numbers much lower than a masterclass session. We want the players to be able to get a close coach contact experience.
This program runs for is 2hrs and 15min each session and there are 2 session in this program.
The program will include the following:
SHOOTING
✭ Technique and auto correct
✭ Shifting defence and circle movement
✭ Body position
✭ Circle rotations
DEFENCE
✭Tracking
✭ Intercepts and reading the play
✭ Deny space
✭ Centre pass defence
