This session is designed to shed light on the pivotal role of project management in steering research efforts towards success. In this session led by PVC Research Professor Chris Turney, we gather a panel of distinguished research leaders from various disciplines across UTS, we will delve into the intricacies of managing research projects, from conception through to completion. Our experts will share their experiences, challenges, and best practices in project planning, team coordination, resource allocation, and overcoming the inevitable obstacles. This discussion aims to provide valuable perspectives for both seasoned and emerging research leaders on how to effectively navigate the complex landscape of research projects, to help them meet their objectives, remain on schedule, and achieve impactful outcomes.
