Social Sketch Sessions

Come along and join a small group of artists in our air-conditioned upstairs studio. Our Social Sketch Sessions are open to artists of all abilities, but you must be able to work without tuition.

Please bring your own drawing supplies and equipment. The sessions will focus on the studio's natural history collection including found objects like seed pods and birds nests as well as pinned insect collections. You can also bring your own objects to draw.

The fee for 3 hours is $20 which includes use of the studio objects, bottomless tea/coffee and if you like, something sweet for morning tea.

Note: These sessions are being held in the upstairs Hive Studio space and is accessible only by stairs. There are twenty steps, with a landing about 2/3 the way up. The kitchen and toilet are on the ground floor.

You need to purchase an Eventbrite ticket for the event to attend, as there is a limit on the number of participants.
