Utilising the Everi Platform, Hume Multiversity is preparing the local workforce and business community for the future

Preparing the community for the jobs of the future is a key priority of almost every region and council across Australia, and the Hume City Council are proactively engaged in this process by partnering with leading training institutions and industry bodies under their Hume Multiversity program.

Having launched their new website on the Everi Platform, Hume Multiversity is now further equipped to prepare and educate the local workforce and the business community about future jobs, careers and opportunities via various forms of micro-credentialing, events and experiences. Multiversity partners have their events and experiences dynamically fed into their own partner pages, promoting micro-credentialing courses and training sessions that appeal to the local workforce and business community.

For the local workforce Hume Multiversity offers access to cutting edge training, education, and work experience pathways, informed by the needs of local business.

For local businesses Hume Multiversity offers them ways to understand and solve their business problems, by providing access to research and by connecting them with their partners such as La Trobe University, Victoria University and Melbourne Polytechnic, who can assist with developing solutions.

Hume Multiversity is a unique application of the Everi platform that extends the scope of how and where the platform can be used. Automating the display of event and training content dynamically from partner sites is just one way that Everi is assisting the goals of the Hume Economic Development team. The recent addition of a self-managed business directory feature, as well a suite of content management tools means the applications of the Everi Platform have continued to expand even more.
